Good questions. Straight answers.
How we work, who we work with, and where to start. If you don’t see your question here, we’re a conversation away.
Ask away.
Working together
What are your three services?
Clipping turns existing footage into short-form content and a publishing plan. Logo campaigns build brand visibility through placements. UGC commissions new product-led videos. Each can be scoped on its own or connected around a campaign.
Can we use just one service?
Yes. Start with clipping, logo campaigns or UGC. We agree the deliverables, responsibilities and timeline before work begins.
What happens after I get in touch?
We discuss your audience, content, budget range and launch window. Then we define the creative, usage and distribution scope that fits.
Planning a campaign
Do I need a fixed campaign budget?
A range is a useful starting point. Pricing depends on the assets, production needs, publishing scope and usage requirements agreed for your campaign.
How do you choose content for a campaign?
We start with the audience and message, then consider the available footage, product and publishing context. Approved claims, content boundaries and review steps are set in the brief.
What do the campaign numbers mean?
Views count video plays. Impressions count content displays. Published output counts posts, videos or reels. We keep these units separate, and none is a count of unique people or a promise of future results.
Content, rights and reporting
What permissions do you need for clipping?
Supply footage you own or have permission to use. Music, talent, edits and publishing rights need to cover the intended campaign scope.
Does UGC include posting or paid-ad usage?
Only when those deliverables and rights are included in the agreed project. Production, posting and paid-media licensing are discussed separately.
What will campaign reporting include?
The scope defines what is reported. That may include delivered assets, published links, clip output and available platform viewing data. Views are kept distinct from sales.
