An enquiry does not create a campaign agreement. Scope, fees, deliverables, timing, approvals and responsibilities are set out in the agreement for the engagement.

Provide materials you have the right to use and disclose restrictions on footage, music, logos or personal likenesses. The project agreement should specify who obtains each required permission.

Deva’s identity and original website materials may not be reused without permission. Rights in source files, final campaign assets and pre-existing work are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Published case studies report delivery for those campaigns. They do not promise the same result for another brief. Any performance commitment must be defined in the signed agreement.
